1 ½ Cups Flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
½ tsp salt
3 ripe bananas, mashed
¾ cup white sugar
1/3 cup melted butter
Pre-heat the oven to 180 C/365 F.
Mix the egg, bananas, sugar and butter together.
Fold in the dry ingredients.
Scoop mixture into muffin cases and bake for 10-15 minutes (or until golden)
